A fixed monthly price per plan, paid in advance. It includes a number of sessions, which expire at the end of the month. A session starts when a browser loads your site and lasts 24 hours. More pages and several verify calls within that time do not count extra. Sessions that were never scored because of an error do not count at all.
For sessions: your protection keeps running. We do not switch anything off because more visitors show up. Whatever goes beyond your included sessions is billed at the rate in your contract. For domains: another one needs the next plan, or a talk with us.
Every hostname on its own. example.com, www.example.com and shop.example.com are three domains. If your site answers with and without www, that counts as two.
Term and notice period are in your offer. You see both before you say yes.
